- General Provisions
1.1 These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) set out the terms and conditions of sale and purchase between the person who purchases goods from this online shop (hereinafter referred to as the “Buyer”) and the e-store https://lekalas.lt (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) of the rights, duties and responsibilities between them in relation to the purchase of goods from the online shop.
1.2 The Seller reserves the right to change, amend or supplement these Terms and Conditions at any time. The Buyer shall be informed of any changes to the Terms and Conditions on the website of the e-shop. - Conclusion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement
2.1 The Purchase and Sale Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller shall be deemed to have been concluded when the Buyer forms and places an order for the goods in the online store, having first read these Terms and Conditions and ticked the box next to the item "I have read and agree to the terms and conditions and the website's terms and conditions". - Seller's rights and obligations
3.1 In the event of important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or completely suspend the operation of the e-shop without prior notice to the Buyer. In such a holder, all accepted and confirmed orders of the Buyer shall be terminated and no new orders shall be accepted.
3.2 If the Buyer attempts to undermine the operation, stability and security of the online shop or breaches his/her obligations, the Seller shall have the right to restrict or suspend his/her access to the online shop without warning.
3.3 The Seller undertakes to sell the goods to natural and legal persons in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
3.4 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods purchased by the Buyer by the method of delivery chosen by the Buyer, in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
3.5 The Seller, if due to unforeseeable circumstances the Seller is unable to deliver the goods ordered in the online store, undertakes to offer the Buyer a product that is analogous or, as far as possible, comparable in terms of characteristics to those ordered. If the Buyer refuses, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid within 5 (five) working days.
3.6. If the Buyer returns the Goods, the Seller undertakes to refund the money paid by the Buyer within 14 working days from the date on which the Goods were returned to the Seller. - Rights and Obligations of the Buyer
4.1 The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the Online Shop in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4.2 The Buyer is obliged to pay for the purchased goods in accordance with the procedure set out in these Terms and Conditions.
4.3 If the data provided by the Buyer in the order form changes, the Buyer is obliged to immediately inform the Seller of the changes.

5.1 The Customer shall select the goods he/she likes and place them in the shopping cart when visiting the online shop. After the shopping cart has been created, the Buyer enters the personal data necessary to complete the order: his/her name, e-mail address, telephone number and the address to which the goods will be delivered. The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has read these Rules and confirms the order.
5.2 The characteristics of all the goods for sale shall be indicated in the description attached to each product. The Seller shall not be liable for the fact that the colour, shape or other parameters of the goods in the online shop may not correspond to the actual size, shape and colour of the goods due to the characteristics of the screen of the device used by the Buyer. The Buyer understands that the Goods may differ slightly from their images.
5.3. Payments can be made in Euro currency. Payments are processed using the Montonio.com payment platform. - Delivery
6.1 The Buyer must specify the exact delivery address when ordering the Goods.
6.2 The Buyer must accept the Goods himself or by another person authorised by the Buyer.
6.3 The Seller shall not be liable for any damage to the Goods during transportation.
6.4 The Seller shall deliver the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the delivery terms specified in the online shop. The Buyer agrees that delivery of the Goods may be delayed during holiday periods. - Returns
7.1 In accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania on 11 June 2001 by the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Resolution No. 697 and the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, purchased goods may be returned within 14 days.
7.2. If the goods received are defective or if the product received is not the one ordered by the Buyer, the Seller must be informed immediately after the return has been sent by e-mail: info@lekalas.lt
7.3. No refund shall be made for goods which have been damaged intentionally or negligently (by chemicals, open flames, high temperatures, sharp objects, etc.), or if the rules of use or storage of the goods have been violated, or if the goods have been used improperly or for an improper purpose. - Final Provisions
8.1 These Terms and Conditions are made in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.2 These Terms and Conditions and the relationship between the Parties hereto shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
8.3 All disagreements arising from the performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement, disputes shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
